SPA treatments at home

Take a bath with sea salt

First dissolve salt in hot water in a separate bowl, and then pour the solution into a bath of warm water (about 200-300 g). Take a bath no longer than 20 minutes.

By the way, to really feel the atmosphere of peace, comfort, harmony, you can decorate the tub with flower petals and beautiful candles.

Don't forget about aromatherapy

Some add aroma oils directly into the water while taking a bath, someone just dripping a few drops on the sides of the bath. Most importantly, remember that different scents differently affect mood and health:

Jasmine oil soothes, relieves fatigue;

rosemary oil refreshes and energizes;

lime oil improves concentration...

Clean the skin with a scrub

The recipe for an effective scrub: oatmeal (1 Cup), coffee grounds (3 tbsp), coconut oil (2 tbsp) and cinnamon (pinch). All mix and apply on the skin massaging movements. On the face scrub apply very carefully without strong pressure, avoiding area around the eyes; on skin after shower intense, using hard gloves. Rinse with warm water.

Feel the peace

To get rid of tension and stress, listen to the silence! If you want diversity, you can enable a soft and pleasant music (e.g., classical) or a recording of the sounds of nature (birds chirping, the sound of the surf or rain, the rustle of leaves).
