Pie with Suluguni cheese and green onions

THE RECIPE OF THE PIE WITH SULUGUNI CHEESE AND GREEN ONIONS

What you need:

2 large green onions
1 large bunch of dill
4 eggs
4 sheets puff pastry
30 ml of milk
500 g Suluguni
100 g flour

Spicy chicken gravy:

500 g chicken meat, minced
1 jar of tomatoes in own juice
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 chili pepper
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 tsp sugar
50 ml olive oil
salt, pepper – to taste

 

How to cook pie with Suluguni cheese and green onions:

1. Onion and dill chop, Suluguni to RUB on a large grater. Add the 3 eggs.

2. Pagpalit work surface with flour, roll out the dough. Put half of the dough on a baking sheet with high sides lined with parchment. Put the filling and evenly distribute it. Cover with the second layer of dough. To take the edge.

4. Bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 30 minutes.

6. On a heated with olive oil pan fry the onion, add the garlic, cumin, and minced chicken. Cook for a few minutes, then add the cilantro, finely chopped chili pepper (fans especially acute tastes may not clean the peppers from seed), salt, pepper and sugar. Mix well.

7. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pan along with the liquid. Cook another couple of minutes.

8. On a large platter lay the sliced cake, and top with hot chicken gravy. Serve immediately! published
