EASY PIZZA MARGARITA



Dough:

 - 300 g of flour
 - 200 ml of water, warm
 - 1 tsp.. disintegrant or 2.1 h. l. soda
 - 1 tsp.. salt
 - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

Of all the ingredients knead the dough and leave for a few minutes, covered with a napkin.
Then roll out thinly into a round cake.

Sauce:

 - 100 ml of tomato puree
 - A handful of fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp.. dried
 - Salt, spices

Mix all. The sauce is spread on the dough with the back of a spoon.
Top decompose stuffing. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with spices. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Filling:

 - 125 g of cheese, sliced ​​(without rennet)
 - A handful of grated cheese (without rennet)
 - A handful of cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
 - Basil leaves to feed

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 200-220 degrees.
When serving sprinkle with basil leaves.
