You will need:
3 tbsp. l. flour; 1 h. liter. instant coffee; 2 tbsp. l. cocoa powder; 2 1/2 or 3 tbsp. l. sugar; 1/4 ch. l. baking powder to the test; 2 tbsp. l. milk; 1 egg; 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; 1/2 ch. l. vanillin. Preparation:
1. Mix in a bowl the flour, ground coffee, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder. Thoroughly mix all ingredients.
2. Add milk, egg, butter and vanilla. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased mug and put it in the microwave on high mode for about 90 seconds, until the cake is ready. The main thing - do not overdo!
This cupcake wonderful combined with vanilla ice cream. Also, you can apply by simply sprinkling powder. Prepare this breakfast for their loved ones. They will be delighted!
