Ingredients: 500 g of cottage cheese; 4 eggs; 6 tablespoons. l. sugar; 2 tbsp. l. sour cream with a fat content of 20%; 2 tbsp. l. starch; 10 g vanillin; raisins and dried fruits (optional and taste). How to prepare:

1. Vzbey cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, sour cream, starch and vanilla in a bowl.

2. Take a second bowl and well vzbey proteins in it.

3. Mix cottage cheese with proteins.

4. If desired, add raisins or other dried fruits.

5. Lay out the mass in the form of pre-laid by baking paper and grease with butter.

6. Put in the oven and bake at 180-200 ÂșC, about 30-40 minutes.
