Chicken in sauce "Teriyaki" - a perfect dish for chicken lovers and Oriental cuisine. Having tried it once, you will want more! As a highlight of this recipe are the natural ingredients. Of course, you can buy a ready-made sauce in a local supermarket, but who in this case is immune from preservatives and flavor enhancers? Try to cook the sauce "Teriyaki" on their own, and it will be a frequent guest at your table!

Ingredients:

2 pcs. chicken; 0, 5, Art. soy sauce; 1 h. liter. ground ginger; 2 hours. l. mëda; 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil; balsamic or wine vinegar (if not - you can simply); sesame seeds. Preparation: < br />
1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, mëd, ground ginger, vegetable oil and balsamic vinegar.





2. we shall cut small cubes and add the chicken to the sauce. Mix thoroughly, so that each piece of marinated and refrigerate for 1, 5 - 2 hours.





3. On the frying pan fry the chicken until golden brown.





4. Pour the remaining marinade and mascara for about 5 minutes.





Note:

1. The sauce should thicken.
2. Try not to overcook chicken - otherwise it will dry and tough. Readiness is best to check the taste.
3. Serve the dish is better with rice or noodles, chicken liberally sprinkled with sesame seeds.
