Spaniard Manuel Lanares developed a special kind of ice cream Xamaleón. It changes color when it lizhut.Pered how to become a chef, 37-year-old Linares studied physics, which helped him develop a special edible mixture which reacts to changes in temperature and the presence of saliva. Initially, light blue ice turns to purple, then pink. Video "repainting" physicist posted on Facebook.
Ice cream has a fruity taste, which give him a strawberry, almond, banana and pistachio flavors; cocoa, vanilla and caramel. According to the Linares, all ingredients are natural (although this complicated process of preparation) .In the future plans to release Linares variety of ice cream, licking at the turning from white to pink, as well as ice cream, glowing under ultraviolet osveschenii.
While Xamaleón sold only in Calella de Mar (Catalonia, Spain), but the author cream chameleon is looking for partners for sales throughout the country and abroad.
