The notorious "law of bloggers' takes effect from 1 August, and recently posted Roscomnadzor changes in the format of discharging its registry of banned sites.

Here they are -

Changes in the mechanism for receiving discharge from August 1, 2014

1. For each entry in the unloading introduced a mandatory attribute with type entryType
Registered as a numeric entry code. Possible values:
Code Meaning
1 Registry UAIS
2 Registry NAP
3 Register 398-FZ
4 Register 97-FZ, organizers dissemination

2. Enter additional ipSubnet tag to specify ip-subnet. It is located inside
tag content, and has the following form (after the symbol "/" indicates the number of bits,
attributable to the network address):

192.168.10.0/24

3. At the level of xsd-schema tags url, domain, ip, ipSubnet become optional. However
Still, for the record type entryType = 1, 2, 3, the previous logic - in each record
there is always one domain name, one or more pointers page and one
or more network addresses. For entries of type entryType = 4 is sure to be
have at least one network address, or at least one subnet. Domains and
Indices page for such records may be missing. Blockquote>
I remind you that the reason the roster is the rejection of the foreign host or store all your logs on the territory of the Russian Federation, or provide the FSB full access to their servers - absolutely unacceptable conditions for almost all.
The penalty for refusing to co - host ban on all subnets.

However, earlier Roscomnadzor already offered a way out of this unpleasant situation.
Another issue is that many of the decision did not like.
