At this point in the beginning of XX century was built wooden country house Muromtseva Sergei Alexandrovich, President of the First State Duma of Russia. Muromtsev is said to have written here its draft Constitution. Dacha Muromtseva often visited and lived writer Bunin. There he met his future wife, Vera Nikolaevna, niece Muromtseva.



After the revolution, the cottage Muromtseva confiscated and placed it in the recruitment office, and later - school. In 1937, the school built a new brick building, and in the old, wooden, steel live teacher. In 70 years in this house there were also lived Benedict Erofeev writer and artist Konstantin Vasilyev. Here Vasiliev wrote the first version of his famous "Girl with a candle" (Waiting). Here rewrote "Volga" and "Late Autumn".



House on the territory of a country manor S.A.Muromtseva was the last old wooden structure of the former suburban district Tsaritsyno. In the 90 years by the people who now live in this house, was established a national museum of history of the old Tsaritsyn. In the museum - memorial items from the holiday home Muromtseva, documentary materials, samples of antique furniture, household items, autographs writer Erofeev.
