But Grandma, it turned out, lived in an apartment cat ... and sealed the apartment with them !!! Pets loudly from hunger and thirst, disturbed neighbors. Tenants of the house went to the chain of command, but all were refused, the apartment did not open.
In the end, we came to the district 3 girls and a young man (just animal lovers) and tearfully jewels to open the sealed door. The policeman called the housing office and willows in the prosecutor's office, look for clues, eventually, finding just opened the door himself. The apartment was found 11 (!!!) extremely emaciated, barely alive cats and dogs. One kitten was taken immediately, the rest of the animals left the water and food, sealed the apartment again.
After 2 days, young people are a little more now returned and removed all the remaining animals.
A website of the local channel appeared a comment that came a team of volunteers, veterinarians, the animals were taken to a shelter, and a happy ending. But that's no shelter or volunteer veterinarians. The animals were simply dismantled into their same apartment to go ...
One girl of 8 pieces already! They are in need of treatment and long-term recovery, they are terribly depleted.
