I work (engineering slabotochnik) 1 factory in Kazan, there are a couple of branches in Tatarstan and Russia.
I came today to one of the branches, what I saw, and I saw a lot of "Arts" Krivorukov installers, put me into a deep stupor.

PS As later learned, all this was done due to the fact that the wall get slightly wet in the spring ...
PPS A large white box tied to the ledge on the colored wires is a PBX, with it all worked fine)))
