"Gazprom" since April this year cancels benefits for the supply of gas Ukraine.Ob said chairman of the board of the Russian company, Alexei Miller, according to RIA Novosti.

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said the decision to cancel the benefits of gas in such circumstances are absolutely legitimate. He also instructed the Finance Ministry to consider the possibility to allocate credit for Kiev 2-3 billion dollars to pay for fuel supplies.
Medvedev added that "Gazprom" to strive for the full repayment of the debt by the Ukrainian company. The total debt of Ukraine on deliveries of Russian fuel, as pointed out by Miller, now stands at 1, 529 billion dollars.
