Ukraine will start the procedure of exit from the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as introduce a visa regime with Russia.

As UNIAN correspondent, reported at a briefing Secretary of the National Security and Defense of Ukraine Andriy Paruby.
According to him, the corresponding decision was taken at a meeting of the NSDC.

"National Security Council decided to start the procedure of withdrawal from the CIS", - he said.

Paruby also said that the decision to work out an appeal for joint military exercises with the guarantor countries of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

In addition, Ukraine will introduce a visa regime with Russia.
"In the National Security Council was requested to enter the MFA visa regime with Russia," - he said.

Paruby noted that the Council of National Security and Defense instructed the Foreign Ministry to work on this issue as soon as possible.

According to him, for a few hours should be introduced for Russian citizens entering the territory of Ukraine only by foreign passports.
