The Bay of Fundy is located on the Atlantic coast of North America, in the north-eastern end of the Gulf of Maine between the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Bay is known for the highest tides in the world. The unique shape of the bay, the difference in water level between high tide and low tide can reach up to 48 feet (14 meters).
