New limited edition timepieces Swiss brand Girard-Perregaux decided to dedicate the famous English clockmaker John Harrison. The inventor became famous in the early XIX century, created the clock, allowing to determine the location of the ship at sea with unprecedented precision of the era. In fact, his know-how had a son, William, went to a sea voyage from the English Portsmouth to Port Royal, Jamaica.
