Swiss National Park - is located in the east of Switzerland, in the region of the Engadine Valley
Switzerland is known worldwide for its magical Alps, but it can boast only one national park. The facility is located in the east of the country near the Engadin valley. Area of ​​the park - 172, 4 square kilometers, the park includes the territory of the Alps at altitudes between 1,400 and 3,174 meters above sea level.
In his arsenal has unique natural complexes Rhaetian Alps - Mountain pine forests, alpine and sub-alpine meadows. It is home to over 60 species of mammals, 100 species of birds, 70 species of amphibians.
