To do this you will need:
• Cups with a flat bottom
• Multi-colored nail polish
• Nail polish remover
• Disposable plastic container
• Art tape
• Toothpicks

Fill the plastic container with water. Open all varnishes. The more colors you use, the greater will be the bottom of the glass to overflow.
Alternately starts to drip water in lakes, one color after another. They should go to the layers on each other. Then take a toothpick and, starting from the center, do the divorce. But remember, it should be done quickly to nail did not have time to harden.
Then take a glass and gently without taking the resulting mass of water, apply it. Fold the edges. Allow to dry. After that you can cover with varnish.
When your product has evaporated completely, remove the tape and artistic tweak, if necessary, with a cotton pad with nail polish remover.
