If you think you have great people write their own memoirs, something deeply wrong. They can only tell you about your own life, but write them memories unknown to anyone workers pen, unknown authors. Their names no one knows about them do not remember when books are published and show. They just make their money, like any other employee. One such anonymous, but rather a successful author (Evan McGregor), entrusted to complete the memoirs of former British Prime Minister Adam Lang (Pierce Brosnan). He was not even alarming that previous nameless author died in an accident. He begins his work on the same day, when the address of Lang heard accusations of involvement in war crimes and torture in the prisons of the CIA. Understanding. that it is possible, this information can be found in the manuscript, the anonymous author tries to understand everything, but in doing so exposes himself to mortal danger.
