BREAKFAST IN GERMAN


 
INGREDIENTS:

German bun,
1 egg,
1 tbsp milk,
parsley,
100 grams of ham,
50 g of cheese.

PREPARATION

With rolls remove the hat and pull out the flesh. Make an omelet, whisking the egg with the milk. Add chopped parsley and finely julienne ham. Starting muffin omelet, sprinkle grated cheese and place in oven for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
