Potato patties stuffed with sprats


200 g sprat
Potatoes - 8-10 pieces of medium size
carrots - 1 pc
egg - 1 pc
butter 2 tablespoons
1, 5, Art. l. flour
green onions
dill, parsley
vegetable oil for frying
salt, pepper


Potatoes and carrots to clean, cut and cook until tender. Drain and mash, add the butter and 1 egg.
Onion peel and chop. Green onions wash, dry and finely chop. Sprats without oil to put in a bowl, mash with a fork. Add onions and green onions, dill, parsley and stir.

Mashed potato balls roll diameter of 4, 5 cm. Make the center of each groove, put 1 h. L. filling, to close the edges.

Roll each ball in flour (flour in, you can add spices for potatoes)

Fry patties in hot oil until golden brown.
