Curd COOKIE



 
Ingredients:
 - Cottage cheese - 200 g
 - Flour - 2 cups
 - Butter - 200 g
 - Sugar - half cup
 - Sour cream - 1 tbsp. Spoon
 - Soda - 1 pinch
 - Vanilla sugar

Preparation:

Wipe the curd, add flour, sugar, baking soda, butter, sour cream and knead dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and molds cut out cookies. Bake in an oven preheated to 250 gradusov.Posypem ready vanilla sugar cookies.
