A native of Khabarovsk first tried his hand as a painter when he was barely three years old. Childhood and youth Vladimir took place in Ukraine, where he mastered the basics of art. At first, it was an art school in Krivoy Rog. Then, after his military service, Vladimir Volegov graduates in Lviv Polygraphic Institute. Even then, he was quite a famous artist and from 1984 has been regularly winning grants for international competitions. It took four years to Vladimir for the decision to move to Moscow.
