Handwritten diary

83-year-old British pensioner John Gadd has been for 66 years, writes the details of his life in the handwritten diary, not missing a single day since 1947.




Labour former adviser pig was 151 and that contains 21 000 pages. The diary can also be found 33 000 photos, newspaper clippings and wine labels. The total weight of all the volumes have reached 500 pounds.



According to John, every day he spends 20 minutes to record the events of the day with him and make a chronicle of his life in the village of Fontmell Magna with his wife Barbara. He also spends 2 hours per weekend to add illustrations.



 - I write about anything that catches my fancy. I'm obsessed with her diary. Sometimes the day I write a proposal, and sometimes two or three thousand words. It is interesting to observe how the own opinion about things over time, - says the pensioner.





John records in the eight exceed the "War and Peace", in four and a half complete works of Shakespeare and three times diaries of Samuel Pepisa.
