Pancakes



 
Ingredients:
Flour - 150 g
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 185 ml
Egg - 1 pc
Butter

Flour, sugar and a pinch of salt, mix. Whisk the egg with the milk and add to the flour. Knead until smooth. Portions with about a tablespoon pour batter on a hot skillet. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
Serve with butter or jam
