"Salad violets"

 
Preparation:

1. All the stacked layers and coat with mayonnaise: ham, prunes, mushrooms, cucumber, carrots.

2. Violets are made of radish juice colored blue cabbage.

3. Leaves is spinach, savory sides lined with livers.
