"Pork chops stuffed with spinach and gorgonzola"

 
Preparation:

1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Mix cheese with cooked spinach. Salt and pepper chops. Put on each chop ¼ filling and fold in half.

2. Fry in olive oil until brown on both sides.
