Ingredients:
 - Mushrooms - 500 g
 - Butter - 100 g
 - Thick cream - 200 g
 - Hard cheese - 150g
 - Salt
 
Preparation:

Mushrooms cut into strips. Mushrooms fry in butter, add the cream and stir. Prepared mushrooms with salt, put into molds, greased. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake. Julien serve hot in tins. Arrange greens.
