A few days before the premiere (October 31, right in the Helloween), American Movie Classics channel organized a zombie invasion in 26 major cities around the world who have been in the areas of the main attractions of these cities.

Hundreds of people employed by AMC, were made up as zombies and gather in places like Brooklyn Bridge in New York, Big Ben in London, the Prado Museum in Madrid, the Acropolis in Athens and the Bosphorus Bridge in Istanbul. The so-called attack began in Hong Kong and Taipei on Tuesday evening, October 26 and 24 hours spread throughout the world.

It ended up in Los Angeles, where the cast, crew and the media watched the pilot episode.
