But since December 16, 2022, his name has indeed been blacklisted for supporting the war against Ukraine. Now he has been ordered into Europe and his property in Italy is likely to be arrested and sold under the hammer.

Here Nikita Mikhalkov threw away pride and slightly changed the rhetoric. Goodbye, villa! Goodbye, vineyards! Goodbye, beloved Italy! It's touching, isn't it? Note the order in which the objects of nostalgia of the odious maestro are named: first, a luxurious villa, profitable vineyards, and finally, beloved Italy.



Apparently, the imposition of sanctions hurt, because further in words you feel the desire either to explain your position, or to prove the unfairness of the decision on restrictive measures in relation to yourself. It's not proud of you either.
