Leonel recalls that he and his brothers were very sad. However, the next day they noticed that Geera (the mother of the puppies) continued to visit the outhouse where her babies were born. “We thought it was weird because she didn’t have to go there anymore. There are no more puppies, the man recalls.

The guys decided to follow the dog and found that he was going to his puppy. He managed to avoid the bitter fate of his relatives. And Leonel and his brothers decided to keep Bobby's existence a secret.

Eventually, Leonel's parents found the dog. He had already opened his eyes, and there was nowhere to go: they decided to leave the pet. However, the boys could not get rid of the punishment. They would do anything to save the animal.



According to Leonel, Bobby managed to live to this age because he was always away from noisy cities, never sat on a chain or walked on a leash. He is a very sociable dog who is used to spending all his time in the fresh air.

Bobby, a 30-year-old dog, is now less active than he once was. He likes to lie in the backyard of the house in the company of four cats who also live on Leonel's farm. The dog began to see poorly, and his owner began to notice more often that the dog encountered various objects in its path.



In the cold season, Bobby likes to rest near the campfire. Leonel feeds him the same food he eats all his life. The dog has never eaten any special food. The man believes that this contributed to the longevity of the pet.
