Professor Christo Mermerski Bulgarian nutritionist and author of dozens of books on healthy eating. He believes that aging is not a natural process, but a disease. We ourselves bring our body into a deplorable state, giving hostage to various ailments.

Christo Mermerski identified several main food groups that should be on everyone’s daily menu: vegetables, fruits, yogurt and wine. Yes, this is an alcoholic drink, but do not abuse it. The professor is sure that if you include these products in the diet, it will accelerate metabolism and, as a result, will contribute to mild weight loss.

Healthy eating for weight loss
  1. yogurt
    Make homemade yogurt with a Bulgarian stick. You’ll be surprised to learn that many people in Japan, China and Korea have been starting their day with this product for centuries. Here's the breakfast recipe. In the milk mixture, 1 tablespoon of apple pectin, the same amount of honey, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 40 drops of propolis tincture should be added. If you are hungry, add 1 banana.




  2. Vegetables
    Cook regularly a salad of carrots, garlic and natural sour cream. This dish will be the best replacement for expensive pharmacy vitamins. To prepare a salad, rub one large carrot on a large grater and finely chop 2-3 cloves of garlic. Put all the ingredients together and fill them with sour cream.


  3. Wine.
    Substances contained in red wine can slow down the aging process of not only the skin, but also the entire body. Every day you need to drink no more than 50 grams of dry red wine. You can also use this drink as a dressing of meat dishes.


  4. Fruit
    At the beginning of the last century, people ate 5 times less sugar than now. We have become hostages of easily digestible carbohydrates. Sugar is everywhere: in carbonated drinks, juices, sweets and pastries. The professor urges to abandon excessive consumption of harmful carbohydrates and daily prepare natural juice with pulp.
