An experienced hostess will never use a quick wash mode, and here's why

Fast washing in a washing machine takes half as long as a full wash cycle. Some washing machines even have a button indicating quick washing. If you press it, then any washing mode can be accelerated. This mode is designed to wash clothes and things that we change every day: T-shirts, shirts, socks, underwear.

Fast washing is enough to refresh your clothes, but not for all purposes. Today we will tell you what can be fraught with daily fast washing and what things are better not to wash in this mode.

Any wash cycle that lasts less than 45 minutes can be called fast. In different washing machines, the mode can be called Express Washing, Quick Washing, Accelerated. The washing temperature in this mode is 30 or 40 degrees. Accordingly, at this temperature exactly not washed heavily worn or contaminated things. And if you wash with washing capsules, not powder, then at this temperature the capsule may not even dissolve, and most likely you will have to additionally rinse things, and this will take another 15 minutes.

With a 15-minute laundry cycle, you can refresh your underwear, T-shirts, on which there are no stains and no sharp unpleasant smell. A quick 30-minute wash cycle is used most often, as dirt is washed better in half an hour. Quick washing can be started if there are few things, since this mode is designed for incomplete loading of the drum. If the drum is loaded even half when washing quickly, then things will not rinse and the quality of the wash will be unsatisfactory.

Towels and bed linen are not washed at a low temperature. To get rid of dust mites and bacteria, you should wash them at a temperature of 60 degrees. Towels should be washed separately from other things, as they absorb an unpleasant smell. This unpleasant odor can occur if you wash towels at 30 or 40 degrees in the washing machine.

In the fast washing mode in the machine, the water heating time is reduced, so the temperature does not exceed 40 degrees. This temperature is a favorable environment for bacteria and mold. If you constantly wash clothes at a low temperature, put the wash on a full cycle at 60-90 degrees 1 time every two weeks to clean the machine and prevent mold in it. If this is not done, the mold and unpleasant smell will appear on the clothes.

Fast washing mode is an intense mode. Washing towels in this mode can lead to breakage of the machine. The fringe towels quickly absorb moisture, and in the fast washing mode, the machine does not have time to evenly distribute the towels over the drum. Thus, the towels turn into a heavy ball that shakes the drum of the washing machine.

Delicate, thin things, wool clothes can not be washed in fast washing mode. To do this, the typewriter has modes: “Delicate washing”, “Wool” and so on. Before washing, it is necessary to divide clothes by color and type of fabric. Remember that for a quick washing of washing powder, you need 2 times less than for a normal washing cycle.

In order for things to be better washed in fast washing mode, sort out poorly contaminated laundry from dirty. Before washing in the machine, it is better to wash things with stains with household soap or soak in a basin for 20 minutes with detergent. Since in cold water, dry powder may not dissolve and remain in the end on things, it is better to use a liquid to wash things. So you can save on electricity, and things are qualitatively washed twice as fast.
