Recipe for cheese cake with butter

Like any hostess, I love it. plain-bake. I do not like to stand at the stove for long, and even more I do not like to wash a mountain of dirty dishes later. That is why I prefer quick and simple recipes and today I will share one of them.

Delicious cottage cheese cake Ingredients

2 tbsp flour
1.5 tables of sugar
4 tbsp sour cream
4 eggs
400g cottage cheese
100g butter
1 tsp soda
pinch

Preparation

Beat the eggs with sugar so that you get a homogeneous mass. The sugar must be completely dissolved so that the dough comes out of the desired consistency.
To the eggs add sour cream, cottage cheese and melted butter, mix thoroughly. Add soda and salt to the mix.
After beat the resulting mass in the blender, so that it becomes homogeneous, without lumps. Ask for the flour, add it to the cottage cheese mixture and mix it well again. You can also add nuts or raisins. Your dough is done.
Pour the dough into a parchment-covered form and send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then let the cake cool a little. Before serving, you can sprinkle it with powdered sugar or pour delicious glaze.
