Nikita Mikhalkov is known not only for his films and provocative antics, the eminent director and actor is known as a real real estate collector: an apartment in the capital with an area of 207 square meters, 6 residential buildings and a country family estate with an area of 554 square meters in the village of Nikolina Gora.

The estate in Nikolina Gora is a favorite place of the director and his family - wife Tatiana, 4 children and 9 grandchildren. Here he lives all his life and, although he spends most of his time in the city, always strives to escape from the metropolis into a quiet family nest.





On the site of the modern mansion was a dilapidated building, so the owner had to completely rebuild it. The estate is located on several hectares. In front of the central gate is the house itself with an area of 554 square meters, and guest houses and non-residential buildings are scattered nearby.





In the appearance of the ancestral nest, elements of the old and modern are successfully combined. The facade of the house is made of brick and stone using marble, which allows it to harmoniously fit into the natural landscape. The main material of the interior of the house is nuts. The director chose a natural tree for a reason: it gives special warmth and coziness, which blows from the Mikhalkov family nest.





The living room with a white fireplace amazes with grandeur, man-made icons adorn the walls, and the snow-white piano proudly exhibits your favorite family photos.





On the first floor of the majestic building there is a kitchen, living room, fireplace hall and winter garden. Kitchen furniture is made of precious wood and is separated from the dining area by a black marble countertop. A long table of oval shape, old cupboards for dishes, wooden chairs, wicker baskets - an interior in the spirit of the Russian village.





From the front you can get to the winter garden. The greenhouse in the lobby in front of the stairs is taken care of wife of Nikita Mikhalkov. Numerous majestic plants fit perfectly into the overall interior. The monotonous velvet upholstery of chairs and sofa is decorated with carriage screed, characteristic of classical interiors.





The second floor of the Mikhalkov estate is reserved exclusively for the bedrooms and office of Nikita Sergeevich. The rooms are small, decorated in a general style, and, importantly, there are several - each family member can relax from the bustle of the city in privacy. The director’s office is decorated in a restrained classical range, rare family photos and shots from the shooting are used as decor.





The landscape design of the Mikhalkov couple paid special attention: stone paths gracefully skirt the old shrubs, the territory is planted with trees and flowers. This principle of site design can be attributed to the English style, which is based on the naturalness and beauty of nature.

We would like to note that the country house is not the only possession of Nikita Mikhalkov. The Moscow apartment of the director is located in one of the historical places: on the Patriarchal ponds, in the Small Kozikhinsky Lane. The building was built in 1904, now it houses the Moscow theater "Cinema spectacle". The price of apartments in this house ranges from 37 to 300 million rubles.
