From standstill to 96 kilometers per hour Volkswagen I. D. Buzz accelerates in five seconds and a top speed the concept of force is electronically limited to 160 kilometers per hour. The power reserve of the electric van is 600 miles, and to replenish batteries to 80 percent using a special charger you will need half an hour.

In Volkswagen noted that the platform MEB allows you to use the I. D. Buzz only a single 268-horsepower electric motor, which is mounted on the rear axle. In this case, the gender concept car can be an integrated battery with a capacity of 83 kilowatt-hours.
Overall length I. D. Buzz is 4942 mm, width — 1976 mm, height — mm 1963. The wheelbase of the prototype is equal to the 3299 millimeters. Thus, the concept car is by 64 millimeters shorter is 72 mm wider and seven mm below the Volkswagen Multivan. The difference in distance between the axes is 299 millimeters in favor of the I. D. Buzz.
The list of equipment I. D. Volkswagen Buzz came in and Autonomous control system. Unmanned car electronics receives information from laser and ultrasonic sensors, radars and cameras of the circular review. When activated, unmanned mode the steering wheel of the prototype is cleaned in the center console. The autopilot is switched off by touching the wheel or pressing on the gas pedal and brake.
