Located in the woods near Urho Kekkonen National Park, the unusual hotel offers one of the best places beyond the Arctic Circle to watch the Northern Lights. Rarely growing trees and a complete absence of light pollution allow you to see millions of stars every night, and at the peak of winter, even incredible northern lights.
Each transparent dome of the needle consists of heat-resistant glass, insulating the room and keeping it warm and cozy. The glass also contains frost prevention, which keeps the walls and ceiling of the needle crystal clear, even if the temperature outside reaches 22 degrees Fahrenheit. The house is designed for two people, a small area allows the structure to be energy efficient - to warm up quickly without consuming a lot of energy.
