Beware of radiation! Energy-saving lamps pose a fatal danger.

Relatively recently in our life there are such convenient and cost-effective energy-saving lamps. They have a number of advantages over conventional incandescent lamps: the duration of use, efficiency, absence of heating elements.

Economical lapochkina few people know that cheap lamps are extremely harmful to our health. The fact that they are arranged in a peculiar way: main flow of light in them generates a special substance is phosphor. It usually is applied to the inner walls of the tubes.

Often, these light sources have the form of a tube or snake. Inside saving bulbs filled with mercury vapor and inert gas — argon. Under the influence of electricity, the mercury vapor will begin to emit ultraviolet rays which, in turn, stimulate the phosphor to the emission of light.

Device energy-saving light bulbs have carefully studied the German Professor, head of somnological Department of the hospital of St. Jadwiga in Berlin Dieter Kunz. He has conducted a number of studies, which concluded that the cold light emitted from these lamps causes a variety of sleep disorders.

Professor Kunz believes that the economical bulbs have a negative impact on the entire body: "their Frequent use can lead to a number of pathologies, ranging from dysfunctions of the digestive tract and ending with cardiovascular diseases, including myocardial infarction, psychiatric disease, and depression.

But most importantly — the fact that people employed in shift work are at increased risk of neoplastic diseases, and this applies to all forms of cancer known to medicine".

It is also important to note that saving bulbs are a source of electromagnetic radiation of radio frequency. This is another reason to abandon the use of such lamps.
