• 200 g flour
• 50 g sugar
• 50 g of Flaxseed meal
• 250 ml of milk
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 50 g melted butter
• 150 g of chocolate drops for baking

Preparation Mix in a small bowl the flour, sugar and Flaxseed meal.




In a separate large bowl combine milk, vanilla extract, egg and melted butter, then whip with whisk.



Combine dry mixture with liquid and again blend everything with a whisk.



Pour the batter into the muffin tins.
