Cruise ship Costa Luminosa

To travel from Amsterdam to Norway, then to Greenland, Iceland and the Baltic sea; from Dubai in the Persian and Omani gulfs; from Savona to the Canary Islands and the Western part of the Mediterranean sea... to go to such cruise is the dream of many travelers.


Costa Luminosa — the Italian cruise ship was built at the Italian shipyard Fincantieri — Cantieri Navali Italiani S. p.A. in Porto Marghera (near Venice) in 2009 and sails under the Italian flag between the ports of the Baltic sea. The keel of the ship was laid down at the Italian shipyard Fincantieri on 5 October 2007 and the ship was launched on 5 June 2009 in Genoa, at the same time with another cruise ship, Costa Pacifica.
