Hongzhu Housing Sales Center - a modern interpretation

The unusual architecture of the building of the new center Hongzhu Housing Sales Center, located in Taiwan inspired by the famous Chinese dragon symbol.





According to the authors of the project, specialists from the local architectural Studio Lab Modus object represents a two-storeyed richly glazed box with a sequence of double layered perforated metal panels.







Resonating with the form and colors of traditional Chinese dragon project, however, recognizable quotes this expressive symbol of success and good luck.





1200 square meters of the project are highlighted because of the interesting architectural elements – perforated metal panels that filter the bright sunlight, reducing the need to use air conditioning.
