Fish Lamps – a collection of lamps from plastic fragments of Frank Gehry
Fish Lamps amazing lamps created by famous architect and designer of our time, Frank Gehry (Frank Gehry). A whole new collection is made from the shards of plastic laminate ColorCore.
Between 1984 and 1986, Frank Gehry designed the fixtures of plastic laminate ColorCore. Once accidentally broken lamp broken into many shards, inspired the designer to create objects, the surface of which is formed on the principle of "fish scale" attached to a wire armature. The collection offers several types of lamps: wall, ceiling, and flat surfaces. Fish Lamps will be presented at Gagosian Beverly Hills until 14 February and at Gagosian Paris from January 24 to March 9.
