Why is there a "seasick"?
The emergence of sea-sickness does not affect a person's weight, nor his figure, nor colour, nor nationality, nor habitat. The appearance of its symptoms of sudden, and they pass with great difficulty. The disease was described in the treatises of Hippocrates, and it means that the disease appeared during the early days of human life on our planet.
According to statistics, almost every person has at least once experienced an attack of sea-sickness. So what is the cause and why there is poor health?
Most people who experience motion sickness are travellers heading to the place of vacation or conducting entertaining tours by air, land or sea transport. Moreover, the occurrence of symptoms is not necessarily caused by the endless getting into the air pockets when flying on a plane or in a violent storm during a sea cruise. Nausea can be triggered by even slight shaking of the vehicle.
An important role in the process of human life is given to the vestibular apparatus. The fluid in the inner ear of a person shimmering to the beat of the waves of the sea, sending a signal to the brain.
In the brain the start of human spatial orientation changes. The brain refuses to accept the obvious information and provokes the release of adrenaline into the bloodstream. The contradictions between the vestibular apparatus and the visual system of a person with brain signals, and adrenaline lead, eventually, to disease symptoms: slight dizziness, muscle contractions of the walls of the stomach and nausea.
