Workout with dumbbells save you from fatigue

A group of researchers from Denmark conducted an experiment in which volunteers were exercising with dumbbells. The subjects were people suffering from regular back pain and neck. 50% of volunteers who trained for one hour, once a week, after school went missing shoulder pain. Exercise every day for 20 minutes gave a good result — 60% of the subjects totally forgot about the discomfort when you test a sedentary lifestyle.
