In the North Central part of China is Gansu province, where the mountains of danxia peak. These mountains differ in striking colors of all shades and interesting even for the common man history.

About 70 million years ago on the mountains of danxia peak was a huge lake, which fell into the river. These rivers brought with them a variety of sand full of metal. Due to the oxidation of metals, sediment has literally turned into a solid rainbow.





According to scientists, these mountains preserve dinosaur fossils. Unfortunately for archaeologists, this area is a forbidden area, because danxia peak is included in the world heritage list of UNESCO. In other words, any intervention on the part of the person is a crime.
