"Smart" thermostats Google save energy

Google has begun testing its thermostats. Such devices, which are used to maintain constant temperature, can help people to reduce the consumption of electricity. According to unofficial information, the device can connect to the Internet and send the measurements to the cloud.



The company has already tried to do something similar. A few years ago, Google announced the launch of PowerMeter, a web dashboard that allows you to control all the energy required in the house.
