Tourist fridge on solar energy

12-volt system maintains a constant temperature of 5° C for 18 hours, the battery is sufficient for continuous operation of the refrigerator at night, when the sun is out.
Solar panels built into the lid, produce energy not only for the refrigerator, but the freezer operating at a temperature of -21° C and for charging external devices. The volume of the refrigerator leaves 35 liters, internal space is divided into two chambers — refrigeration and small freezer.
The refrigerator weighs 24 kg for ease of movement it is fitted with wheels, it can be used in campaigns, on yachts, in any remote from the mains. The use of one refrigerator solar during the year allows to reduce the emissions by 2,300 kilograms of carbon dioxide. Currently, the company SolarCoolTech is developing a model of refrigerator for the storage of medicines in developing countries.
