Bloomhouse in Ho Chi Minh City

In response to the rapid urbanization of Vietnamese cities and the associated environmental problems, local company Vo Trong Nghia Architects built a series of experimental houses, the roof of which is completely given to green spaces. The project consists of five individual buildings resembling rectangular flower tubs of enormous size. The buildings are made of monolithic concrete using bamboo formwork, and the interior decoration is made of brick. The total budget of the project was $156,000.
