The Moscow government has signed with China an agreement to the Assembly plants of electric vehicles.

The purpose of the signing of the Memorandum of cooperation is to improve the environmental situation in the capital. Over the past two years in Moscow has opened 50 gas stations for electric cars. By 2016 their number will increase to 300.
