Modular eco-house made of wood

A group of designers presented a new eco-friendly house made of wood. The house is made of wooden panels prepared in advance. The process of construction of this dwelling resembles a children's designer, so innovative housing can be safely called modular.

The house is divided into three large rooms. Each of them is a separate module. One has a kitchen and living room, the other a bedroom, the third a rest room and a bathroom with a toilet. There is also a storage room in the house.

There is a small fireplace in the central room. To get rid of unpleasant odors in the kitchen, a special powerful hood is used. An important detail of each of the residential modules is the presence of a window in the ceiling. It is located in a small attic, which contributes to more efficient natural lighting throughout the day.

On the angular slopes of the roof of residential modules, solar panels can also be installed. For and maintenance in the pantry there is a storage battery and an electric generator. You can use the energy of the sun both to increase the energy independence of the house, and to use them in case of disconnection of the house from the grid.

It is also impossible not to mention such a moment as the supports of the house. The thing is that in order not to spoil the soil and exert minimal pressure on it, the house was built on the "Hawaiian" principle - installed on small and fairly low supports. However, on the ground itself, the house does not stand.

On one side, each residential module has quite large windows. In the living room, moreover, they are not just panoramic, but also doors to a small platform. The porch of the house is protected on top of the roof, which allows you to place furniture on it. From the street, all three residential modules are also fenced off by another, additional, which serves as a hallway or veranda.
