The fourth exhibit from KIA will be a concept version of the Optima sedan with a hybrid power plant. The power base concept is very interesting: first, it is a diesel-electric hybrid based on the 1.7-litre CRDi turbodiesel, and secondly, the turbine of this engine has a separate electric drive, and thirdly, the motor energizes the innovative lead-carbon battery of his own invention of Alliance KIA-Hyundai, which really no one knows.

It is noteworthy that the base version KIA Optima with the 1.7-litre CRDi under the hood already considered the most "green" modification of the line, and now with a new installation will be the champion of the entire range of both Korean companies.
